About Us

Southern Cross Apartment Rentals is one of the leading apartment reservation services in the Pacific-Asia region of the world.  Founded in 1994, the company expanded in to S.E. Asia and opened its Singapore office in 1998. 

Daniel Tepper, based in our Bellingham, Washington office was formally a manager with Qantas Vacations in Los Angeles before moving to Bellingham to open his own travel company in 1991.  In response to customer demand, Daniel and another partner formed Southern Cross Apartment Rentals to provide reservation and marketing services to the serviced apartment sector.

Irene Foo,  based in our Singapore office, also has a background in travel including a stint with Hilton Hotels.  In addition to responsibilities with Southern Cross Apartment Rentals, Irene is also involved in other aspects of the travel industry including Managing Director of Simplle Connections and Discovery Vacations and Spa.
