Our Booking Conditions

All bookings accepted by Southern Cross Apartment Rentals are made with the following conditions:

Reservation Requests

All reservation requests made with us require a valid credit card number and name. This number is used to guarantee your reservation with the property. Should you incur a cancellation fee it will be charged to this credit card.

Cancellation Charges

Should you or your party be forced to cancel your reservation, please contact us or the property (whichever is most convenient) as far in advance as possible.

A cancellation fee will be assessed based on when your cancellation notice is received by us or the property.

1. Prior to 72 hours before check-in - no charge.
2. Within 72 hours prior to check-in - 1 night's accommodation charge.
3. No show - No Refund.

Reservation Amendments

Should you need to amend your confirmed reservation, please contact us. There is no charge for amendments made outside of 72 hours prior to check-in. Amendments made within 72 hours prior to check-in are subject to amendment charges at the property’s discretion.

Special Event Booking Conditions

During certain special events (sporting events, New Year’s Eve, etc.) special booking conditions may apply which supercede our normal booking conditions. We will notify you of these special booking conditions at the time of our confirmation to you of your reservation and you will have the right to accept or reject your confirmation at no charge.

Property-Specific Booking Condtions

Certain properties in our program have Booking Conditions specific to the property. These conditions are usually more restrictive in their cancellation and amendment policies. These specific booking conditions may be found on our web reservation system and will also be advised to you again at the time of our confirmation to you of your reservation. All reservations at these properties are accepted under these property-specific terms only and are in addition to our normal booking conditions outlined on this page.
