Our Payment Procedures

Payment direct to the Property

Payment for your accommodation is normally made direct to the property at the conclusion of your stay, unless otherwise indicated to you by Southern Cross Apartment Rentals or the property. A credit card imprint will be taken when you check-in at the property to cover your incidental charges, such as (but not limited to) telephone charges, dry cleaning and food delivery services. For stays of a longer duration (two weeks or more typically), the property, at its sole discretion, may request that you settle your accommodation bill at regular intervals rather than in total at the completion of your stay.

Deposit

A deposit is not normally required when making a reservation with Southern Cross Apartment Rentals. Occasionally, however, some properties will require a deposit as part of their acceptance of your reservation. When such a deposit is required, Southern Cross Apartment Rentals will advise you of this deposit requirement and will ask you to confirm in writing to us your acceptance of it.

Inclusions

All rates quoted by Southern Cross Apartment Rentals are inclusive of all applicable taxes and service charges and, unless otherwise stated, are for accommodation only.
